To apply for a job or position, submit the following to UTSI:

• Two (2) sets (clear copies) of your biodata
• Two (2) pieces 2x2 I.D. picture, white background, with collar and no makeup
• State your objective and the job or position you desire

If available, also submit the following:

• NBI Clearance
• Photocopy of valid Passport
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
